Stage 1
Stage 1 services are free regardless of your income.
We will help by listening to you when you tell us what happened and by giving you clear information on what choices you have to try to solve the problem.
If you agree, we will use the information you provide to build a picture of which services are failing disabled travellers.
Stage 2
Stage 2 services may cost money (for example, an hourly rate or a set fee) but we will never charge you anything until we have discussed all costs and agreed a signed contract. Stage 2 services include professional assistance in investigation and associated services.
If you cannot afford to pay for stage 2 services, we will assess your case. In many cases we are able to provide stage 2 services to you free of charge so please do contact us to discuss this option.
